Nairobi → Masai Mara
Depart Nairobi 7:00 AM via the Great Rift Valley Viewpoint. Arrive Mara lodge for lunch. Afternoon game drive — first encounters with the iconic Big Five in Africa's most famous wildlife reserve.

Full-Day Game Drives — Masai Mara
Two full days in the Mara. Cover the full circuit, Mara Triangle, and Mara River. Africa's highest predator density — expect lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants daily. Migration river crossings July–October. Optional balloon safari at dawn ($480/person).

Masai Mara → Lake Nakuru National Park
Morning game drive in Mara. Drive north to Lake Nakuru through the Rift Valley. Afternoon game drive: flamingo spectacle on the lakeshore, white and black rhino sanctuary, lions, leopards, giraffe, buffalo.

Lake Nakuru → Amboseli National Park
Morning game drive in Nakuru. Drive south to Amboseli via Nairobi. Afternoon arrival in Amboseli — first views of Kilimanjaro rising above the plains. Afternoon game drive: enormous elephant herds against Africa's highest peak.

Full-Day Game Drive — Amboseli → Cross to Tanzania
Dawn game drive in Amboseli with Kilimanjaro photography. Cross into Tanzania via Namanga border. Drive to Tarangire National Park — Africa's largest baobab forests and enormous elephant concentrations in dry season. Afternoon game drive in Tarangire.

Full-Day Game Drive — Tarangire
Full day in Tarangire — often overshadowed by Serengeti but spectacular in its own right. Massive baobab trees, extraordinary bird diversity (550+ species), enormous elephant herds, lions, leopards. In dry season, the Tarangire River attracts concentrations of wildlife that rival anywhere in Africa.

Tarangire → Lake Manyara → Ngorongoro
Morning game drive en route to Lake Manyara National Park — famous for tree-climbing lions, large flamingo flocks on the soda lake, and extraordinarily dense elephant populations. Continue to Ngorongoro, arriving at the rim lodge for sunset views into the crater.

Full-Day Game Drive — Ngorongoro Crater
Descend into the crater at dawn — Africa's most iconic wildlife arena. 30,000 permanently resident animals. Kenya's best black rhino sightings. Enormous lion prides. Dense hippo pools. Vast wildebeest and zebra herds. The crater is a completely self-contained ecosystem — animals cannot easily leave or enter, creating extraordinary wildlife density.

Ngorongoro → Serengeti (2 Days)
Two days exploring the Serengeti — the "endless plains" and Tanzania's greatest national park. Africa's highest concentration of large predators. Enormous elephant herds. Migration herds (seasonal). The vast open savannah — a landscape unlike anywhere else on Earth. Drive through the Serengeti to the central or western regions for maximum game diversity.

Serengeti → Cross to Kenya → Nairobi
Final morning game drive in Serengeti. Cross back into Kenya via Isebania border. Drive to Nairobi, arriving late afternoon. Drop-off at hotel or JKIA airport. Your 12-day ultimate African adventure ends.
